BDO's YES Internship Programme offers 12month Fixed-Term Contract roles in Compliance (JHB) at JHB Illovo. This opportunity is for graduates with a degree in business administration, finance, internal audit, compliance, or law. The program provides hands-on learning experiences, real projects, and opportunities to build skills and confidence. The program requires good email etiquette, administrative experience, intermediate Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, and good English language and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in a Compliance role and be unemployed and have never completed a YES internship before.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the compliance team with administrative and professional support tasks
• Gathering, capturing, and managing compliance-related data accurately
• Preparing and maintaining reports, documents, and records for compliance activities
• Supporting compliance monitoring processes and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
• Communicating effectively with team members, mentors, and stakeholders
